Refund Policy for DMT Records, LLC:

  • Clients are eligible to request a refund for campaigns less than 7 days old if the campaign has not yet commenced.
  1. Refund Request Process:
  • To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team at contact@dmtrecordsllc.com within the specified 7-day period from the campaign’s start date. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
  1. Refund Criteria:
  • Refunds are only applicable to campaigns that are less than 7 days old and have not yet begun. Once a campaign has been initiated or exceeds the 7-day period, it is considered to be in progress, and refunds will not be issued.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within [7] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
